XETV

The gates at the top of Mount San Antonio in Tijuana, spell out the broadcast home of FOX 6. It is also co-located with XEWT-TV 12 and a few other stations. The right tower houses the digital stations and the left one is the analog home of XETV and XETW. See the blog archive for photos of 1090 XX Sports Radio, and other historic radio items.

Scott Fybush joined myself and a band of antenna enthusiasts South Of The Border. More photos to come, later in the broadcast week.

91X Tower

XETRA-FM, or 91X, sits near the top of Mount San Antonio. The alternative rocker is the far right tower. The far left is XHAS-TV 33. Behind is San Ysidro. The antenna complex is about fifteen minutes from the border.
